Processing and delivery
Your order will be processed within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) . We usually print orders the evening before dispatch days – if you place your order late at night, it may not be included in the next day’s dispatch.
Payment must be received before we post any items.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date and will not be held responsible if your order does not arrive on your expected date. Telling us the date you require your prints by is not a guarantee that they will arrive by that date and refunds will not be given due to prints not arriving within the customers desired timeframe.
1st class usually arrives within 1-3 days (Royal Mail guidelines), although this time scale is not guaranteed, proof of postage is always obtained. We cannot take responsibility for prints delayed in the post.
Everything we print is printed to order and made especially for you – we do not keep pre-printed stock – please therefore allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered as you would any bespoke item.
Returns Policy
We can only accept returns if goods are faulty due to items being edible food products.
If items are received damaged then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing.
Goods returned to us due to non collection, incorrect address supplied or buyer refusing delivery will not be refunded, only offered to be resent at the buyers cost.
Edible prints
No refunds will be given on any edible prints as they are printed to order specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. Please ensure you are ordering the correct print, if you select an incorrect variation when ordering a refund will not be provided.
In the event of incorrect printing, on production of photographic evidence, we will reprint your order free of charge.
Exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed on edible prints due to the edible inks used. Certain colours are harder to colour match, primarily purple, turquoise and pink.
You must have permission to use any images you send to us for printing. All printing is undertaken for your personal use and we do not accept legal responsibility for how you use and display your edible prints.
